Sam Bailey is breaking the mould of X Factor artists who take over a year to release their debut album, and will be releasing her own next month.
Titled 'The Power of Love', the stunning collection will feature a handful of covers as well as brand new tracks and is being dubbed 'the triumphant soundtrack of a woman who dares to keep on dreaming'.
After blowing away audiences week after week on the singing competition, she proved breathed new life into the usually struggling Over 25s category and proved that with some powerful vocals and fantastic stage presence, anything is possible.
Sam says of the album: “I wanted songs that really meant something to me, a lot of them are songs that have been forgotten or not heard for a long time and I just wanted to bring them back. It’s been amazing but it’s also been incredibly personal.”
She will headline the X Factor arena tour which runs until March 29 this year at arenas and venues across the UK, and will support worldwide megastar Beyonce at Birmingham's LG Arena on February 24.
