The People's Soprano, AKA Rebecca Newman is inviting people to get involved in recording a sporting anthem for this year's Tour de France.
Speeding off from Yorkshire this July - where Rebecca is based - the event will be supported by Rebecca's track 'Heroes to the World' which she is to re-record with "thousands of voices from across the region to create a single and music video that the whole region can be involved with."
Starting this month, local choirs, schools and individuals who want to take part can get in on the action, and everything is being filmed for a brand new documentary.

The single is scheduled to be released a week before the Tour de France begins, or as it's been now branded 'Le Tour Yorkshire', which Rebecca has taken on to call her singing compadres 'Le Choir Yorkshire'.
Following this, Rebecca is to begin a similar project using her song 'Dare to Dream', where she'll go to UK schools to do workshops with children and young people, casting students along the way as characters in her official music video.
