1. Hello there little monster, what are you up to?
Currently spreading some much needed good cheer with our unique brand of music to make you smile!
2. So, tell me a bit about what you’re here to promote?
We have a fantastic new sunny/60's vibe version of "Push The Button" out as a single June 28th, and an album "Flower To The People" which is a feast of feel-good vocal harmony and is released on July 26th! :)
3. And if we didn’t have any clue as to who you were, what three words sum you up?
Kitsch, Harmony, Fun!
4. And as Jacko had the Moonwalk and Elvis had the snake hips, what do you have that makes you unique?
We have an age range of 18 to 45
5. Now, clearly we need to get to know each other more, so tell me an interesting fact about you that noon else knows?
MEL: That when I was a child sitting for photographs for my younger brother's christening I was holding him for a picture but wanted one on my own...so I dropped him!
ANDREW: I have shrunk an inch since I was 20 - Should I be worried?
TOM: I hold a fork lift driving licence.
LAURA: I won the Baby Boots Bonnie Baby Competition in 1991
KELLY: I'm obsessed with dogs!
DREW: I channel pigeons!!! Don't ask!!!
6. What song do you wish you’d written?
DREW: God Give Me Strength by Burt Bacharach and Elvis Costello. Just awesome!
LAURA: Only One Road - Celine Dion
MEL: Ribbon In The Sky but Stevie Wonder beat me to it!
KELLY: Lately by Stevie Wonder! The lyrics and melody are so beautiful.
TOM: Walking On Sunshine as it's played at the slightest chance of a dry day! Royalty heaven!
ANDREW: Bohemian Rhapsody both in terms of brilliance and income! lol
7. If I was contemplating coming to your show or sitting at home and TV, how would you convince me to come out?
We would tell you that you were going to be in for a bright, shiny, colourful, happy, entertaining evening packed full of awesome harmonies, kitsch tunes and some super cool 60's style clothing and that you would leave humming our music with a big smile on your face! :)
8. And if you were to take me on a trip to your hometown, what would be the first place we’d go?
TOM: I would take you to "The Sittingbourne Heritage Centre" (it's contained on the ground floor of a terraced house).
KELLY: The Albert Dock in Liverpool.
MEL: On arrival at Sheffield Midland Station I would take you to the nearest Fish and Chip shop and buy you a Yorkshire Fishcake! Amazing, not the mashed potato with flaked fish in breadcrumbs rubbish you get down south but a slice of fish with a chunky slice of potato in batter! Nothing like it!
ANDREW: Hornsea chippie!! Fish, chips & curry sauce! Mmmm!
LAURA: Straight back out of town! Ha ha! I love my hometown but I would be seriously pushed to know where to take you! A bit on the boring side! However you would probably get there and find loads to enjoy! I guess familiarity breeds contempt!
DREW: If this were the 80's I would take you to Ma Bakers Pie shop in the covered market in Oxford! Heaven in a crust! However it's not there any more so I'd probably do the obvious and take you around the university area or for a punt on the river! Have to say though I'd be very tempted by the Yorkshire Fishcake that Mel was raving about! Sheffield here I come!
9. Who was the last person you called / text and what for?
Each other organising rehearsal time.
10. If you were a superhero, what would be your superpower?
We would be a superhero team like The Fantastic Four naturally called THE UNCONVENTIONALS and our power would be to open everyone's minds to seeing how special each and everyone of us are regardless of age, shape, height, sex and sexual preference, religion or anything that makes us different from what society would have us believe is the norm! "Capes at the ready Uncons! And away we gooooo"....!!! However Tom insists that he would be CHEESE MAN! Ridding the world of mild chedder!
11. If you had to date a member of the same sex (or opposite sex if the case may be) who would it be? Mine would ALWAYS be Angelina Jolie.
ANDREW: Can I have one of each?? Erm...Cheryl Cole and Jake Gyllenhall - both too young alas but otherwise I'm sure they'd be beating down my door!
LAURA: Jennifer Anniston
KELLY: Katie Perry
TOM: I would date K.D Lang! (I think she's a man, isn't she?)
DREW: George Clooney!
MEL: Jessica Rabbit! (Yeah I know she's a cartoon but you have to admit she's got oodles of sex appeal) or Charlize Theron!
12. What was the last thing you bought?
KELLY: Some pepper plants and some herbs ,very boring.
TOM: Just bought a new pair of knee pads.
ANDREW: A prawn sandwich!

LAURA: 3 dresses, 2 pairs of shoes and a bag!!! Just 5 mins ago!
13. Have you ever been arrested?
That's a no from all of us except for Tom who once upon a time was arrested, for using a police no waiting cone as a lampshade!!! (Absolutely true)
14. Speaking of prison - if you were to send someone to prison for crimes against music, who would it be?
MEL: I would arrest Pete Waterman and co for crimes against music for entering that god awful song in Eurovision!
ANDREW: Some of the contestants on TV talent shows! I'm sure they're great people & are mainly there for the experience of it - but ouch!!!
KELLY: Mr Blobby!
TOM: I would send anybody who constantly riffs to Alcatraz. Just sing the note and tell the story.
LAURA: This years Eurovision entry + Pete Waterman!!!
DREW: I'm with Mel and Laura on this one! Tragic!
15. What were you doing last night at 11?
DREW: Travelling home from work!
MEL: Throwing things at the TV watching Eurovision!
KELLY: Driving home from work! Seem to spend my life driving!
