2021 has already had some brilliant releases, such as Halloween Kills, Free Guy, Black Widow, and The Suicide Squad, but the year isn’t out yet and it has a lot more to offer us!
November isn’t too far away, so it’s time to get excited about all the movies we will be seeing in the coming month.
Eternals – November 5th
Eternals is the next Marvel Cinematic Universe’s (MCU) next release, and fans are getting more excited for it by the day.
The movie is set to follow the Eternals, a group of powerful people who have watched humanity for thousands of years without intervening at the instructions of a Celestial.
While the first trailer for Eternals didn’t cause much of a stir with fans, the second trailer really boosted interest and it seems that fans of the MCU cannot wait to see what Marvel Studios has up its sleeve within the next phase of the storyline.
Mothering Sunday – November 12th
It’s Mother’s Day, 1924, and as Jane Fairchild (Odessa Young), a young maid, is given the day off by her employers, it seems that she has more time on her hands for her clandestine lover, Paul (Josh O’Conner).
Jane and Paul have been having a secret love affair for years, but he is about to marry another woman; will they end up together after all?
Mothering Sunday seems to be a charming, endearing tale with the promise of heartbreak and intense emotions, which is something many audiences are looking forward to on November 12th, 2021.
Repeat – November 16th
Mid-November will welcome Repeat into the cinemas; a story of pain, grief, and a search for the truth.
The film follows a cognitive psychologist who has dedicated his life to lecturing at university. While tinkering with one of the many experiments he has, he discovers a way of communicating with the other side; his happiness doesn’t last long, however, when his daughter is in possible danger and he must put his mind toward finding the truth.
Repeat appears to be a thrilling and intense experience that will be sure to hold the attention of audiences.
Ghostbusters: Afterlife – November 19th
The newest addition to the Ghostbusters franchise is almost here, and fans both new and old are excited to see what the next chapter has to offer.
Finn Wolfhard, McKenna Grace and Paul Rudd star together in Ghostbusters: Afterlife to figure out why a quiet town is becoming unstable and also, rather like a ghost town...
The trailers for this movie are both eerie as well as comical, and with its links to the two original Ghostbusters films from the 1980s, the feature film will be an amazing instillation to an already amazing franchise.
There are both new and old ghouls, different threats, and a great cast; Ghostbusters: Afterlife will no doubt be beloved by fans.
King Richard – November 19th
Will Smith fronts upcoming movie King Richard, which tells the story of Richard Williams, the father of Serena and Venus Williams.
King Richard seeks to tell the story of how Richard Williams coached his daughters to stardom by using some perhaps unorthodox methods. It is a story of hardship, determination and strong belief as Richard seeks to find his daughters the fame they deserve.
The trailers for this movie showcase raw emotion, along with a stellar cast and determined crew; King Richard should not be missed.
Encanto – November 24th
Encanto will be hitting cinemas November 24th, 2021, and will aim to show that even if people have something you don’t, you can still be something special.
Stepanie Beatriz takes the lead role as Mirabel, the only person in the town of Encanto without a special gift. Despite her sadness about her lack of an interesting gift, it seems that Mirabel is the only one that can save her home when it comes under threat.
Encanto seems to be a beautiful, charming story that will no doubt delight fans of Disney.
House of Gucci – November 26th
Lady Gaga and Adam Driver star together in this thrilling retelling of the unstable marriage of Patrizia (Gaga) and Maurizio Gucci (Driver), which leads to murder.
The cast of this dramatic narrative consists of Jared Leto (Suicide Squad), Salma Hayek (Eternals), with Al Pacino (Scarface), and Jeremy Irons (Batman Vs. Superman).
House of Gucci has not only a stellar cast but a deep, interesting story that has piqued the interest of many drama fans.
