It's all happening! There are mere weeks to go before the current Phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe reaches its conclusion in Avengers: Endgame, and a brand new trailer released today promises that our heroes will be putting it all on the line to save not only each other, but the universe, from the threat of Thanos and his incredibly powerful Infinity Gauntlet.
Taking us down memory lane before showing us just a little glimpse of the action we should expect from Endgame, this trailer is one to make sure all those watching who have been a fan of the MCU for some time get ALL of the feels! Oh, and did we mention that we see Captain Marvel meet Thor, following her huge box office success earlier this month?
Following the tragic events of the finger snap heard around the world, half of the universe has been wiped out and fractured the ranks of the Avengers like never before. Those still standing refuse to let up however, taking one final stand in the grand conclusion to 22 films of build-up.
Anthony and Joe Russo return to direct the final instalment of Marvel's most ambitious big screen project to-date, with Kevin Feige working as a producer on the blockbuster. Louis D'Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Michael Grillo, Trinh Tran, Jov Favreau and the late Stan Lee are all executive producers on the film, which has been built from a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.
