Need For Speed has topped the UK box office, comfortably seeing off former number one 300: Rise of an Empire.
Need For Speed is based on the popular computer game, and brought together a cast that included AAron Paul, Dominic Cooper and Imogen Poots.
The film took over £2 million in its opening weekend to become the #1 film and the highest new entry.
The Grand Budapest Hotel was up on place on its second week of release, as it continues to perform well at the UK box office.
After just a single week in the top spot, 300: Rise of an Empire fell two place to three. The Lego Movie was also down two places at four.
Non-Stop rounded off the top five, dropping just a single place from last week's number four.
Ride Along and the Book Thief both dropped just one place at six and seven. While Escape From Planet Earth and Mr Peabody & Sherman were also down one at eight and nine.
The second and final new entry came in the form of Under The Skin, which opened at ten.
Under The Skin sees Scarlett Johansson return to the big screen, as she teams up with director Jonathan Glazer for the first time.
