Aaron Paul reveals that he initially didn't want to read the script for Need For Speed.
Paul is back on the big screen this week for the latest film that is based on a hit computer game.
However, the actor almost wasn't on board the project as he nearly didn't read the screenplay. However, once he picked it up he couldn't put it down.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, the actor said: "I didn't even want to read the script.
"I saw the scrip and was like, 'Oh, no, another video-game move...' So it took everything in me to read the first page.
"And once I turned the first page, I kept turning. I was so surprised that it had a great human story behind it and great characters that I found myself instantly invested in."
Paul will lead an all star cast for Need For Speed, as Dominic Cooper, Imogen Poots, Michael Keaton and Ramon Rodriguez are all also on board.
Need For Speed kicks off a busy year for the actor as we are also going to be seeing him star in A Long Way Down and Exodus.
Need For Speed is out now.
