Jurassic World is just as bit a hit in the UK as it has been around the rest of the world as it has stormed to the #1 spot.
The movie, which has already grossed over $511 million in it opening weekend at the global box office, just £19.3 million in the UK to topple Spy from the top spot.
Jurassic World has enjoyed the biggest global opening weekend of all time and is already set to become the third film to break $1 billion this year - following in the footsteps of Fast & Furious 7 and Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Last week's number one movie Spy - which held the top spot for just seven days - fell a single place to two, while San Andreas was also down one this week at number three.
Insidious Chapter 3 was another one place faller at four, while Pitch Perfect 2 was the only none mover inside the top ten this week at number five. It has been announced this week that a third film in the popular franchise is in the pipeline.
Mad Max: Fury Road fell out of the top five this week as it dropped two places from four to six. The Empire Strikes Back continues to perform well as it was up one place at seven.
London Road was the second new entry inside the top ten this week as the musical opened at number eight. London Road is based on the hit stage show of the same name and follows a community that tries to rebuild itself after a series of murders in the area.
Avengers: Age of Ultron and Tomorrowland: A World Beyond were the two biggest fallers this week as they dropped three places from six and seven to nine and ten.
