Identity Thief is back at the top of the U.S. box office after being toppled last week by A Good Day To Die Hard.
The comedy stars Jason Bateman and Melissa McCarthy and it took a further $14 million to end Die Hard's reign and hold off the challenge from the new entries.
Speaking of new entries Snitch was in at number two as Dwayne Johnson returned to the big screen.
Animation film Escape From Planet Earth was just $2 million behind as was up one place at three.
Safe Haven was down one place this week at four while A Good Day To Die Hard was one of the biggest fallers at five.
The latest addition to the Die Hard franchise spent just a week at number one but took a further $10 million over the weekend.
Dark Skies was the third and final new entry on the top ten this week as it was in at six while Silver Linings Playbook was up one place at seven.
Warm Bodies slipped three places down to eight while Side Effects was down two at nine.
Beautiful Creatures was the other four place faller as it rounded off the top ten at number ten.
