Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen has powered to the top of the UK box office grossing just over £8 million in it's opening weekend.
Revenge of the Fallen is the sequel to the 2007 summer hit and sees Michael Bay return to the director's chair and Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox reprise their lead roles of Sam and Mikaela who fight to save the world alongside the Autobots.
Despite it's mixed reviews fans have flocked to cinemas to catch a look at the latest big budget blockbuster to hit our screens this summer as it comfortably ousted The Hangover from the top of the box office.
And The Hangover was a long way behind with £2.2 million and had to settle for second place while Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian held onto third place.
Terminator Salvation dropped two places from two to four while Angels & Demons held onto fifth spot.
Terminator Salvation was the only new entry inside the top ten this week.
