Yesterday we kicked off our look at the must see movies of this summer, yes there are a few swimming around!
We saw the movies that are going get the blockbuster summer rolling as Iron Man 2 gets things underway at the end of May.
But today we take a look at those movies that are going to grace the big screen in June and July.
Since the success of Kidulthood and Adulthood in recent years Noel Clarke has become one of most exciting actor, directors and screenwriters around at the moment.
And this summer he is back with his latest movie 4.3.2.1 which sees him write, star in and direct.
The movie revolves around four intricately woven stories are about four best friends who become involved in a major diamond heist.
Whilst Jo (Emma Roberts) is chained down in a dead end supermarket job, her friends are all out on their own separate adventures: Cassandra (Tamsin Egerton) is jetting off to New York to meet her internet boyfriend; Kerrys (Shanika Warren-Markland) is on a one woman crusade fighting for female liberation and Shannon (Ophelia Lovibond) is on a one way trip to meet her maker.
But a chance encounter with some diamond thieves sends their separate worlds on a collision course with not only each other, but fate itself.
These 4 girls are about to have 3 days they will never forget, spanning to 2 cities. That is... if they survive.
4.3.2.1 is released 2nd June.
In the middle of the blockbusters comes comedy Killers, which sees Katherine Heigl team up with Ashton Kutcher.
Spencer Aimes (Kutcher) is just your average, undercover, government-hired super-assassin accustomed to a life of exotic European locales, flashy sports cars and even flashier women.
But when he meets Jen Kornfeldt (Heigl), a beautiful, fun-loving computer tech recovering from a bad break-up, he finds true love, and happily trades international intrigue for domestic bliss.
Three years later, Spencer and Jen are still enjoying a picture-perfect marriage, that is until the morning after Spencer’s 30th birthday. That’s when Spencer and Jen learn he's the target of a multi-million dollar hit.
Even worse, the hired killers have been stalking the happy couple for years, and could be anyone: friends, neighbours, the grocery store clerk, even that crabby old guy shuffling across the street.
Now Spencer and Jen are on the run for their lives. As their suburban paradise turns into a paranoid game of dodge-the-bullet, they must find out who wants Spencer dead and why, all the while trying to save their marriage, manage his pain-in-the-ass in-laws, keep up neighbourly appearances...and just plain survive.
Killer is released 16th June.
There is only one movie the Tiwhards want to see this month and, as you might expect, it's Eclipse, the third Twilight Saga movie to hit the big screen.
The film hits screens just seven months after New Moon and the movie is hoping to enjoy a similar $700+ million box office success.
In Eclipse, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger as Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge.
In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob - knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf.
With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella is confronted with the most important decision of her life.
Eclipse is released 30th June, not long to wait now!
Into July and the pace in which we get our blockbusters pick up pace and it looks set to be one rip roaring month at the box office!
Tom Cruise is back on the big screen this month as he reunites with Cameron Diaz for Knight & Day.
It's a change of pace for filmmaker James Mangold, who is best know for Western 3.10 to Yuma and biopic picture Walk The Line.
An action-comedy centred on a fugitive couple on a glamorous and sometimes deadly adventure where nothing and no one - even themselves - are what they seem.
Amid shifting alliances and unexpected betrayals, they race across the globe, with their survival ultimately hinging on the battle of truth vs. trust.
Knight & Day is released 2nd July
And this summer sees the return of Shrek to the big screen for the fourth movie in the franchise.
The motley crew of Mike Meyers, Eddie Murphy, Cameron Diaz, Antonio Banderas all return to the roles of Shrek, Donkey, Fiona and Puss In Boots but things aren't quite what they seem.
After challenging an evil dragon, rescuing a beautiful princess and saving your in-laws’ kingdom, what's an ogre to do?
Well, if you’re Shrek, you suddenly wind up a domesticated family man. Instead of scaring villagers away like he used to, a reluctant Shrek now agrees to autograph pitch forks.
What's happened to this ogre’s roar? Longing for the days when he felt like a real ogre, Shrek is duped into signing a pact with the smooth-talking dealmaker, Rumpelstiltskin.
Shrek suddenly finds himself in a twisted, alternate version of Far Far Away, where ogres are hunted, Rumpelstiltskin is king and Shrek and Fiona have never met.
Now, it’s up to Shrek to undo all he’s done in the hopes of saving his friends, restoring his world and reclaiming his one True Love.
Shrek Forever After is released 9th July
It's been two year since the awesome The Dark Knight graced the big screen and finally Christopher Nolan is back in the director's chair.
And with his new project Inception, which brings together a cast of Leonardo DiCaprio, Ellen Page, Cillian Murphy, Marion Cotillard and Michael Caine, the director could just have the strangest movie of the year under his belt.
The movie remains the unknown package of the summer with very little known about the plot, having seen the trailer though it's bound to be weird.
In a world where technology exists to enter the human mind through dream invasion, a single idea within one's mind can be the most dangerous weapon or the most valuable asset.
Inception is released 16th July
Despite having all those great movies to look out for the end of July brings the must see movie in the form of The A Team.
Yes I know that TV shows have never adapted well onto the big screen but I have a good feeling that this one may just buck the trend.
Liam Neeson has bee a busy boy of late and he is back as he leads the A-Team onto the silver screen.
Directed by Joe Carnahan the movie also stars Bradley Cooper, Sharlto Copley, Jessica Biel and Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson.
A group of Iraq War veterans looks to clear their name with the U.S. military, who suspect the four men of committing a crime for which they were framed.
The A-Team is released 30th July.
Other movies worth keeping an eye out for include The Karate Kid, Predators and Grown Ups.
