Suki Waterhouse, Millie Mackintosh and Rosie Fortescue were just some of the fashionable ladies who were at the launch party for Fashion Targets Breast Cancer 2014 last night.
The ladies put their stylish foot forward for the fashionable night held at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel.
Founded by Ralph Lauren in 1994, Fashion Targets Breast Cancer unites the world of fashion as a single force combating the disease. This year the campaign is fronted by Emeli Sandé, Laura Bailey and Jessica Ennis-Hill, who lead the 2014 call-to-arms, urging the nation to ‘Wear Your Support’ for the cause and buy something from this year’s Fashion Targets Breast Cancer collection.
Suki Waterhouse looked stylish in her matching two-piece outfit from the Victoria Beckham SS14 collection. The white three-quarter length shirt featured geometric colour blocks of pink and red. He sporty feel to the whole look was only further accentuated with the addition of her SUPERGA pink pumps.
Rosie Fortescue and Millie Mackintosh both chose sleek black outfits for their night out, Rosie added a touch of colour via her orange crop top and spiked Joomi Lim necklace.
Eliza Doolittle was also at the star studded event, choosing a very on-trend 90s grunge style.
The night saw performances from an all-female DJ line up including Blonde Ambition, Brydie Tong, Georgie Rogers, Hilit Kolet and Sophie Lloyd as well as an exclusive acoustic performance from melodic folk band, The Night VI. Guests were invited to purchase items from this year’s official Fashion Targets Breast Cancer collection and take part in a high-end raffle with prizes from designers including Alexander McQueen, Mulberry and Lucy in Disguise.
Other guests, which included stylist to the stars Brix Smith-Start, TV presenter Laura Jackson and Olympian Donna Fraser, had the chance to have their silhouette sketched by fashion illustrator Joseph Larkowsky, the same artist who has worked with a host of amazing international designers including Oscar De la Renta, Burberry and Alexander McQueen.
Retailer partners M&S, River Island, Warehouse, Topshop, Laura Ashley, Debenhams and Superga have produced beautiful, unique pieces for the collection. From flirty summer dresses to show-stopping swimwear, and with prices ranging from just £2 to £85, there’s something for everyone. Best of all, each pieces carry a minimum 30% donation to Breakthrough’s work.
