Duchess of Cambridge, Catherine Middleton has proved this past year that she most certainly is a style icon.

It comes as no suprise then that it was recently revealed that women spend an average of £250 each to look like her, as calculated by retail experts.
Retail analysts estimate the Duchess effect is responsibile for boosting the economy by £1bn.
Alexandra Richmond from Mintel, explains to the Daily Mail: "Women in the UK aged 25-34 and are most likely to want to recreate the style of the Duchess of Cambridge.
"The average dress from Reiss nudges the £200 mark and the versatile nude LK Bennett sledge shoes cost £195.
"Even the occasional chelsea blow-dry or the outlay on hair styling products to recreate her glossy hair style would all add to the spend."
