Catwalk To High-Street: Lanvin

We love a high-street copy of a hot catwalk design, so we were amazed when we saw this little number hit the shops.

Lanvin's SS09 looks caused a sensation when they hit the runway, not least because of the lavish designs and bright colours, but because they were one of the first to champion the one shoulder look.

Worn by the likes of Coleen Rooney and Alex Curran, Lanvin's elegant puffy shoulder style quickly became a cult must-have in celeb land, and it was only a matter of time before the high-street got in on the action.

We loved the canary yellow style which strutted the runway back in September, but this demure navy blue version is a hot fashion buy for the summer months ahead.

Paired in with the masses of neon and clashing prints we will be seeing on the high-street this season, are a few darker, almost inky colours, which will provide a nice contrast.
