Fearne Cotton says motherhood leaves her with no time to have a proper beauty routine.
The 34-year-old TV star has two young children, son Rex, three, and six-month old daughter Honey Krissy, and a hectic career and if she does have clear skin it's not down to any specific pampering regime.
Speaking about her skin care routine at the Glamour Beauty Festival 2016 at London's Saatchi Gallery at the weekend, Fearne - who is married to Jesse Wood - said: "Mine is two hours sleep, two children and loads of coffee!"
Fearne was giving a talk with makeup artist to the stars Mary Greenwell - who she has worked with on several magazine shoots - at the event, and Mary complimented the presenter on her skin, saying: "You are exceptionally, naturally, beautiful. One of my favourite faces in the world."
During the talk, Fearne and Mary also reflected on a Glamour magazine cover shoot they did together.
The blonde beauty remembered getting a feeling of dread when Mary decided she was going to use purple eye makeup on her, but despite her apprehension the set of snaps turned out great.
The former BBC Radio One DJ said: "I have never said this to you (Mary) before. For that cover Mary pulls out some purple eye shadow, at which point my toes clench, and then of course she does my makeup and it's probably my favourite cover I have ever done, I absolutely love it."
Following the two-day Beauty Festival, Glamour magazine turns its attention to the its annual awards show which will return later this year with Next the main sponsors and Cointreau UK sponsoring the Female catogory.
