A host of famous faces, including Jack Whitehall, Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch, Fearne Cotton, Ferne McCann, and Michelle Heaton posed on the red carpet in the Great Hall - which was decked out for the season with a Christmas feast and floating candles - before they and their families got the chance to experience the annual Hogwarts in the Snow event.

As well as getting to see some familiar sets, along with the Hogwarts Castle model, decked out in cinematic snow, guests also had the chance to admire a frozen fountain in the Backlot - a new addition to the annual winter feature - as well as get hands-on with different types of filmmakers snow as used in the movie and enjoy a famous snowy scene featuring Hagrid dragging a Christmas tree through the grounds.

And that's not all because visitors were also able to customise their own chocolate wands, pose for photos and videos on broomsticks and in the Hogwarts Express, and toast with a glass of Butter Beer, as well as enjoying various food and drink stations throughout the attraction, including cocktails and mocktails served in mini cauldrons by the Potions Classroom.

Hogwarts in the Snow will run until 19 January 2025, before the much-loved Magical Mischief feature returns to the Studio Tour.

Neville will be making a return to the Magical Mischief feature, alongside Professor Umbridge and the swing pendulum, levitating cake and Harry’s flying acceptance letters.

But new for 2025 will see the hapless young wizard suspended from the ceiling of the Defence Against the Dark Arts Classroom thanks to the mischief of a group of blue Cornish Pixies.
