Fearne Cotton is still embarrassed by her "horrific" make-up when she was younger.
The 35-year-old television and radio presenter is mortified when she remembers the 10-year spectrum between her teenage years and twenties when she wore "really unnatural" looking foundation, which saw her face covered in the cosmetic product whilst her neck was left pale.
Speaking in a clip as part of bareMinerals Bare Truth campaign, which was shared on her Instagram account, the golden-haired star - who has joined forces with the beauty brand for their Complexion Rescue range - said: "Any picture of me aged 24 to 14, my make-up is horrific, my foundation was really unnatural, the pale neck. It was all shades of wrong.
"The more make-up you put on and the more you over exaggerate your features it actually drags you down and makes you look older."
And the fashion and beauty muse has admitted she used to feel a lot of pressure to dress well but as started "embracing" a more natural aesthetic.
The former 'Top of the Pops' host explained: "I used to be [pressure] but now I'm embracing it all."
And Fearne - who has four-year-old son Rex and 18-month-old daughter Honey with her husband Jesse Wood - regularly works out in the gym, but has hinted she is the only younger person there.
She said: "First up I don't get chatted up [at the gym] at the terrible shame. Probably because the gym I go to I'm the youngest person by about 30 years."
The star captioned her upload: "Really lovely to be working with @bareMineralsUK on their Complexion Rescue range... catching up here with these gorgeous ladies, sharing our stories about life and tips on the natural look #makeup #bareTruth (sic)."
The video footage, which sees Fearne interview other women, has also been shared on bareMinerals' photo-sharing site.
They captioned the upload: "We are delighted to present...
