Bella Hadid's mother has inspired her love for fashion.

The 19-year-old supermodel - who signed to IMG Models in 2014 - has revealed being dressed in beautiful ensembles by her mother Yolanda, 52, when she was younger was the biggest "fashion statement" for her, and although she preferred to wear more casual attire it played a large influence on her style as she grew up.
Speaking in a video with French Vogue, the brunette beauty said: "Growing up my mum always had an eye for fashion and so she would always dress my sister and I up in beautiful clothes. I mean we always end up wearing t-shirts at the end of the day but she would always had something really beautiful for weddings and stuff we would go to. So being able to put on a dress when we were younger was definitely a fashion statement for me."
And the star - who has recently been announced as the ambassador for luxury fashion house Dior's make-up collection - has admitted she loves couture fashion because when she is able to adorn extravagant gowns on the catwalk it makes her feel like a princess.
She explained: "I love about couture ... I think that every dress you wear in the couture show you feel beautiful and look like a princess ... I have so much respect for all the people who make all of the gowns."
Meanwhile, Bella - who is currently dating The Weeknd rapper, whose real name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye - has confessed being confident is what makes women beautiful.
She said: "I think beauty is being confident with yourself. I think that people think beauty is always on the outside, but I think that beauty comes from within and I know that sounds really cliché.
"I think it's so true because there are so many people in this world that are so beautiful on the inside and I would rather be friends with them any day. So, for me, that's beauty."
