Yesterday we brought you some of the rumours doing the rounds regarding Monday's Met Ball, where appearance is everything and today we can bring you the rules of attending this years number one event hosted by Kate Moss and Marc Jacobs.
Grazia reports that the rules, allegedly set by Vogue editor Anna Wintour, must be adhered to and they are pretty extreme.
One of the rules, according to Grazia, is that the dress you wear has to be rare, vintage or next season and straight from the catwalk. The dress must also have never been seen in public apart from on the runway.
Every designer of note must be represented and under no circumstances must anybody be wearing the same dress as somebody else.
We don't know about you but that seems near impossible to us. How are you supposed now what someone else is planning to wear!? Well Grazia explains that Wintour is keeping a close eye on everybody's outfits and passing on suggestions on who should wear which designer.
We're guessing our new Primark frock wouldn't cut it then!
