Leigh Lezark at the New Yorkers For Children Spring Dinner Dance
Leigh Lezark has been making a name for herself in the fashion industry for a while now thanks to her modelling career but now it's not just her good looks but her great style that is getting everyone all excited. We could have a new style icon on our hands girls!
DJ and model Leigh has appeared in ad campaigns for Robert Cavalli's H&M line and the Gap and also taken to the runway for House of Holland in London Fashion Week two years ago. She seems to have learnt her lessons well from her time modelling and now has her own great look. Leigh took seventh place on Tattler's 2009 Best Dressed List beating Natalie Portman, Claudia Schiffer and Emma Watson.
Her sleek black hair and heavily lined eyes give Leigh a bit of a Gothic look but she gives it a designer twist. Little black dresses are teamed with this season's caged shoes and cute Chanel box bags for a classic look or a more edgy sequin blazer and killer heels.
In the past two months alone we've seen Leigh work key trends like polka dots, maybe taking inspiration from her House of Holland time, hot pink, lace dresses, grunge style jumpers and optical illusion dresses.
She doesn't just do style on an evening either her laid back Coachella festival looks included a nude dress with a oversized, structured skirt, very spring/summer 09!

It's not just us who have noticed Leigh's great style though designers like Zac Posen, Christian Dior, Max Azria, Philip Lim Chanel and Christian Siriano have taken note and sat her front row at their shows alongside fellow fashionistas like Nicole Richie and Santogold.
Leigh is the US's answer to Alexa Chung and since they've nicked our Alexa can we please have Leigh?!
