Cheryl Cole has fought off strong competition and proven she is still out style queen as she topped Tatler's best dressed list for 2009.
Following Cheryl's stint on the X Factor she has become as popular for her singing as her fashion choices and now has designers falling over themselves to dress the singer. Tattler said: "The world has gone completely insane for our Cheryl."
The list shows just how much can change in a year in the world of fashion as fashion heavy weights and 2008's first and second placed, Agyness Deyn and Kate Moss respectively, failed to appear on the list at all. Another regular on best dressed lists and NME's best dressed winner Alexa Chung did not feature either.
Isabella Rossellini's model daughter Elettra Rossellini takes second place and stylist Caroline Sieber was third. Completing the top five was Georgia May Jagger and Marie-Chantal of Greece.
Model Alice Dellal came 6th and DJ and model Leigh Lezark took 7th place. Actress Natalie Portman came in 8th, supermodel Claudia Schiffer 9th and the number ten spot went to Harry Potter star and up and coming style icon Emma Watson.
