Summer has finally arrived - and that means it's crunch time as we swap our winter cover-ups for summer frocks and swimsuits. But how can we avoid resorting to crash dieting or short-term fixes to achieve that summer bod, so we can all feel good and look good in the sun this summer?
To help us on our way, the nation's favourite TV presenter Fern Britton launches a new 14 day 'Summer Fit Challenge'. The challenge has been designed to be easy and flexible, complete with instructions and tips for how to lose weight, get fit and get confident - without resorting to fad diets or skipping meals.
