We all want to make health a priority in life, however, I personally believe being healthy is about a lot more than just eating right and showing up at the gym. As such I have decided to write down and share with you all my top habits that help me to make my personal well-being and happiness a priority in my everyday life.
For me, it's about discovering healthy habits and daily rituals that work easily with my everyday life to help motivate and inspire me to succeed to be the happiest and healthiest I can possibly be.
Be Unique and Don't Compare Yourself to Anyone - As in the words of one of my time all-time favorite quotes 'Everything changes when you start to emit your own frequency rather than absorbing the frequencies around you, when you start imprinting your intent on the universe rather than receiving an imprint from existence.'
I find this really helpful when I get sucked into what I like to call a social media bubble of perfection. Trust me when I say embracing your uniqueness will enable you to radiate far better energy than you ever would chasing someone else life.
Failure and Success Have More In Common Than You Would Think - Failure and success are both undeniably polar opposites, however, they do have one thing in common and that's the fact that they both take you far away from the center of yourself. You see, true balance only exists in the center, and both success and failure take you equally as far from that balance as possible.
So regardless of if you've succeeded at something or failed, you need to take a moment to reflect back into your center so that you can keep yourself on the right path / reignite your drive. For me, the return to center usually involves getting back to nature - a long walk in the fresh air always helps to invigorate me to push on and turn things around.
Meditate Yourself to Happiness - Since my life is so incredibly hectic and I am always in the fast lane, it's really important to me that my mornings start as stress-free as possible so that I can start my day on a positive note. I have found that most effective way to do this is to meditation every morning for 10-minute.
When in Doubt, Smile - Not a lot really fazes me anymore and that stems from the fact that I look at my life I know how incredibly lucky I am, and if I am ever in doubt, I just smile. I know smiling is such a simple thing but it can instantly make you, or someone else, feel better. It can also help you to find your inner glow, thus boosting your confidence.
Believe in Yourself - When it comes to work, it's important to remember that the body achieves what the mind believes. Therefore, the next time you think you can't do something, say the opposite to yourself over and over again until you believe you can. Trust me, it really does work.
Be Grateful - Gratitude is everything to me. Gratitude is one of the most medicinal emotions we can feel. It elevates our moods and fills us with joy. Keep feeling thankful and choose to see the positives in life.
