Destiny has been named the Best Game at this year's BAFTA Game Awards, beating out competition from Mario Kart 8, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, Alien Isolation, Dragon Age: Inquisition and Monument Valley for the top prize.
Leading the way this year with six nominations was Alien Isolation, but it only managed to take one home for Audio Achievement.
The Last of Us: Left Behind and Monument Valley were big winners on the night, taking home two gongs each - the former for Story and Performer which went to Ashley Johnson who voiced Ellie, and the latter for British Game and Mobile.
Valiant Hearts took Best Original Property whilst The Vanishing of Ethan Carte took the accolade for Game Innovation.
OlliOlli caused upset in the Sports category, proving an indie skateboarding hit can take home the prize when up against heavyweights including Football Manager 15 and FIFA 15.
Lumino City got the Artistic Achievement prize, whilst Game Design was won by Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor and Far CRy 4 was recognised for its audio.
Best Family game went to Minecraft: Console Editions and Best Multiplayer was given to Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft.
A BAFTA Fellowship was given at this year's ceremony to Elite creator Dave Braben, hosted by comedian and actor Rufus Hound.
