Fearne Cotton is craving carbohydrates.
The radio presenter - who announced she was pregnant with her second child on Friday (27.02.15) at the same time she confirmed her departure from BBC Radio 1 - has admitted she is suffering from morning sickness.
She said: "I'm craving a lot of carbs and I've had bad morning sickness both times so I was prepared for it. I've remembered everything from last time so I'm taking it easy and resting as much as I can.
"It's my health and the baby's health that's important. I'm just taking it day-by-day."
The 33-year-old television personality - who already has two-year-old Rex with husband Jesse Wood - has admitted she hasn't got a pregnancy fitness plan and is "slobbing around" at the moment.
She added: "I don't have a fitness routine. I'm absolutely just slobbing around 'cos at this stage you're just so tired. There's absolutely no fitness. Walking down the road is as extreme as it gets."
Fearne - who has two step children Arthur and Lola from Jesse' previous marriage - is looking forward to welcoming the new arrival and hopes the "jump" from three to four children won't be too bad.
She told the Daily Mirror: "I'm quite lucky that I have two step kids. I'm used to having a lot of kids, so hopefully three to four won't be too much of a jump.
"I will be happy with either sex. I've got a step-daughter. I just feel happy to be pregnant again. We're not going to find out the sex."
