Ronnie Woods former aide has been awarded $1 million in damages after accusing the troubled rocker of sexual harassment.Hilary Olson, 30 - who was the band's wardrobe assistant - filed a complaint against Rolling Stones star Wood in 2005, just before the band's A Bigger Bang world tour.Wood, 61, was never charged with any offence nor proved guilty of any wrongdoing but Olson is banned from talking about the case after signing a confidentiality settlement agreement, but her mother Nancy claims her daughter filed a 'significant' claim against Wood. She says, "It wasn't just a falling-out. It was a significant incident. I have to be really careful when it comes to my daughter and the Rolling Stones and apparently goes into panic attacks when this is being talked about."She did costume design and stylist's work (for the Stones) and that's why it was a pinnacle, a great job for her. She's only 30 and it (the alleged incident) devastated her for while."At the time of writing, it was unclear who awarded Olson the payout and under what circumstances.Wood is currently in rehab after an extra-marital affair with Russian waitress Ekaterina Ivanova, 20.Wood's spokeswoman says, "I know what you are talking about. This is a very confidential matter. These questions have to be handled by the Rolling Stones organisation."
However, the band's spokesman Bernard Doherty has refused to comment on the payout, simply stating, "This is a legal matter."
