Gary Collins is a wanted man - a Los Angeles judge has issued a warrant for his arrest after he failed to appear for a probation progress report.
Collins was due to appear in court on 4 November (10) for a progress hearing in connection to his 2007 drink driving accident.
Ironically, reports suggest Collins was expected to have his probation terminated, but he failed to show, prompting the judge to issue a $100,000 (£66,670) arrest warrant instead.
Rick Schmidt, Supervisor for the Van Nuys Branch of the City Attorney's Office, tells TMZ.com his office will seek to revoke Collin's probation in the 2007 DUI, which could land him in jail.
The veteran actor has been arrested on three prior occasions for driving under the influence over the last eight years and Collins was most recently involved in a hit-and-run car accident in Mississippi on 2 November (10).
One of the passengers in the car Collins allegedly struck told TMZ.com the actor was "clearly intoxicated" before he fled the scene. He was only charged with a hit-and-run. That case is pending.
