Buzz Aldrin has filed a lawsuit against his stepdaughter over claims she duped him out of cash from his company.
Aldrin, who was the second man to walk on the moon, split from his third wife Lois Driggs Cannon in June (11) and relations between the family turned nasty when she and her daughter Lisa Cannon filed suit against Aldrin claiming he breached a contract in relation to his company, StarBuzz Enterprises.
They allege he urged their joint business contacts to stop relations with the firm, which he co-owns with both Lois and Lisa.
But Aldrin, who appears as himself in the new Transformers sequel, has now filed his own suit, claiming Lisa, who owns more than 60 per cent of the company along with her mother, conned him into an agreement which allowed the firm all rights to his name and work.
The legal papers, obtained by TMZ.com, state that Lois and Lisa now own "Most of what he (Aldrin) has acquired since the day he walked on the moon."
Aldrin is asking a judge to void the agreement.
