To dream of being upside down suggests that a situation in your waking hours has not turned out the way you thought it would.

In fact it’s gone in exactly the opposite direction.

While this might not be what you anticipated, perhaps something good has come from it anyway, even if it’s hard for you to admit.

This may be making you question your choices or your opinions, especially if you have been steadfast in your thoughts and attitudes towards certain situations and people.

If not, how can you fix what has gone wrong? What can you do to get back to normal once more? Things may have gone awry, but there is scope to turn them back around again.

Perhaps something has happened that makes you feel like things will never be the same again.

The dream might be telling you to try and come to terms with an event if you can’t change it.

Things may get easier if you are able to learn to cope with the ‘new normal’.

It’s possible you need to see things from a new perspective- would it benefit you to have a different viewpoint?

While this angle might not be ideal or the most comfortable for you- it will allow you to see things in a fresh light all the same.

Do you need to exit your comfort zone, even if only for a little while just to see how it feels?

Sometimes a short, sharp burst of change can do wonders for one’s state of mind.

To see an upside down cake in your dreamscape implies that something or someone is going against the grain in your life right now.

Try not to judge things too quickly, you might find that you enjoy the changes or the things that you believe are strange at first.

If you turned upside down in your dream and you started to feel dizzy or lightheaded, it’s possible that someone or something has disrupted your world to such an extent that you have lost your bearings or feel confused.

Perhaps you just need time to adjust- or maybe you will struggle to establish this as your new position on things.

Only you know what you are willing to put up with and how many sacrifices you are prepared to make.

To see an object that is upside down could mean that something is blatantly out of place in your life.

You may not be able to settle until this discrepancy has been rectified.

Perhaps it’s worth your while to put this right so it’s no longer an issue.

You may struggle to move on if you don’t do anything about it.
