What does it mean to dream about a pear?

To dream about a pear is symbolic of the womb and fertility.

It might refer to a female in your life you are worried about or a woman you know who is pregnant.

It could be linked to your own feelings about fertility- have you struggled to conceive? Do you want a child? Perhaps you feel you time is running out to have one?

Eating fresh pairs is also a sign of pregnancy- are you expecting someone to announce that they are expecting a child? Or are you the one who is about to let others know your good news?

The dream could also be a pun for a pair of something- perhaps you and someone else come as a pair- it might be referring to the connection you have with this person.

A pair could indicate twins so again, if you know anyone who is pregnant- perhaps they are expecting more than one baby.

Eating a sweet and juicy pear foretells love and a happy marriage, however if the pear was rotten then you may encounter difficulties in your relationships.

Healthy pears suggest that you will have good fortune and your future is bright, however pears that have gone bad could mean that you will encounter financial problems.

A pear tree is connected to hard work- if you have invested a lot of time and energy in something, it will benefit you in the future. With that said, if you haven’t put your all into a job or project, don’t expect the rewards to be as fulfilling.

Consider the phrase ‘pear shaped’- perhaps something you thought was going well has suddenly taken a turn for the worst. Can you turn things around or do you need to accept that it is over and start something new?

Perhaps something has come along lately to make you feel uneasy about your financial situation and now your focus has shifted to having more in reserve just in case. Maybe you want to put something by so you don’t have to feel anxious anymore if the worst were to happen. If you struggle to save money, the dream might be urging you to learn how to and to start- fast. Having nothing to fall back on is not a great situation to find yourself in so it’s important you have the means to create a plan if things take a negative turn.
