Gang raid Sheridan Smith's trailer
40-year-old actress Sheridan Smith has seen thousands of pounds worth of jewellery snatched from her trailer, as thieves raided the set of her new sitcom, Rosie Molloy Gives Up Everything.
Filming in South West London, Smith came back to her trailer to find that the place had been completely turned over, leaving her upset. No arrests have yet been made, but a spokesman for the Met Police confirmed that enquiries are continuing.
There’s no news yet on when Smith’s new sitcom will reach the small screen.
Helen Skelton's estranged husband Richie Myler spotted with new partner
After news that Helen Skelton and rugby player Richie Myler would be getting a divorce broke, it didn't take long for reports of his rumoured new romance with Stephanie Thirkill - the daughter of the president of the rugby club he plays for, Leeds Rhinos - to hit the headlines.
This week, the pair were spotted taking a stroll in the countryside, walking one of their dogs, fanning the flames of suspicion that they have embarked on a new relationship and, that their blossoming romance may be the reason behind the breakdown of Skelton and Myler’s marriage.
Ryan Thomas suffers wardrobe malfunction on The Games
ITV’s celebrity sports competition The Games kicked off this week, and whilst Coronation Street star and Celebrity Big Brother winner Ryan Thomas certainly looked the part as he took to the water for at the London Aquatics Centre, he probably didn't expect to show off a full moon following his races and synchronised dives!
Partnered with Chelcee Grimes, Thomas jumped from the 7.5 metre springboard platform and, whilst the dive was impressive, some people watching were more excited to see his bare bum, as his trunks fell down halfway!
Commentator Chris Kamara brought some humour to the situation when he said: "There you go... the moon is shining!" Thomas later joked back: "Oh no! Did the sock fall out?!" Cheeky.

Duke and Duchess of Cambridge open Glade of Light memorial in Manchester
Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, visited Manchester yesterday (May 10th, 2022), to officially open the Glade of Light memorial, to honour the victims of the Manchester Arena bombing on May 22nd, 2017.
Speaking to the families of the victims, the pair attended a short service where William spoke, before walking around the memorial itself and laying flowers for those lost on that tragic day, just over five years ago.
Speaking to those in attendance, the Duke said: "Five years on I know that the pain and the trauma felt by many has not gone away. As someone who lives with his own grief, I also know that what often matters most to the bereaved is that those we have lost are not forgotten.
"There is comfort in remembering. In acknowledging that, while taken horribly soon, they lived. They changed our lives. They were loved and they are loved. It is why memorials such as the Glade of Light are so important. Why Catherine and I so wanted to be amongst you today."
