The 34-year-old singer, who has sons Josh with Fran Cosgrave, Harry with Gavin Hatcher, Alfie from her marriage to Riad Erraji and Ella with Ritchie Neville, has admitted going on tour has forced her to get into shape and the golden-haired beauty is impressed of herself as she has started to notice "all the hard work" she has put in paying off.
The Atomic Kitten band member stripped down to her raunchy black lingerie, which she shared on her Instagram account, to flaunt her slender frame.
She captioned the post: "So all the hard work is starting to pay off! #healthy #fit #gym#training proud to have this body after 4 babies...it takes time & dedication, but it's more than achievable. Going on tour kick started my journey (sic)."
And the 'Tide Is High' hitmaker is desperate to be on holiday to show off her fabulous frame by the pool and on the beach.
She said: "now looking forward to the summer ahead #fitgirls#healthygirl #stronggirlsx (sic)."
The star previously posted a picture of a palm by the shore on her photo-sharing site.
