Atomic Kitten star Natasha Hamilton has told how she has mastered "the perfect orgasm" after going on a sex retreat in an explosive new episode of 'Real Housewives of Cheshire'.

In Monday night’s (10.04.23) episode of the ITVBe show, the singer opened up about her sex life as relationship guru Louise Van Der Velde, known as the Pleasure Professor, gave the stars tips on how to have more fun in the bedroom.
The girls were all excited to be on the sex retreat where Rachel Lugo said they were all going to "tickle each other till we climax".
The retreat was the idea of Lauren Simon, a close friend of Van Der Velde, who is advising her on how to find her dream man following her divorce five years ago.
Lauren, 48, tells the girls: “Tonight I have invited you along to get in touch with your perfect orgasm.”
Natasha 40, replies: “I mastered that a long time ago!”
The 'Whole Again' singer went on to explain how to keep her happy in the bedroom, saying: “The thing with women is we need not just penetration, we need stimulation as well.
“Men feel like it is two pumps and a squirt and it is done!”
Lauren jokes: “I have to agree with Natasha. We need to be stroked and stroked till we come - like a dog!”
Sex therapist Van Der Velde then explained to the group how they can awaken their sexual energy and they did several exercises to improve their orgasms.
While shaking their hands and wiggling their hips, the group were told to grip their ‘jewel’ (vagina) over their clothing by Van Der Velde.
Van Der Velde explains: “To awaken the senses we are going to have one person in a blindfold and the other person is going to stimulate them. Everyone should have more pleasure in life. Are we all agreed?”
Lauren feels confident enough to open up about the best orgasm she ever had, during a weekend of Tantric sex with a partner.
She says: “To me, the best orgasm I have ever had is when he didn’t touch me, he didn’t even kiss me.
“It took all weekend. I came - f****** hell - I came like a lunatic and he hadn’t even done anything.

Seema Malhotra agrees and jokes: “I have loved this wild women retreat. I would definitely come again - literally!”
The sex retreat ends with Natasha finally revealing to all the girls that she is pregnant with her fifth child.
While fans were aware of her pregnancy, she had kept some of her co-stars guessing on the show, and explained: “I have been holding it in for weeks.”
This will be Natasha’s first child with husband, businessman Charles Gray, who she wed in a stunning Lake Como ceremony two years ago following a five-year engagement. She has four other children with previous partners, including Ritchie Neville from the boyband Five.
Van Der Velde said she really enjoyed working on the Real Housewives of Cheshire and she hopes to return to the ITVBe show in the future.
She said: “The girls were all lovely and I was able to explain in more detail off camera about how energy can play a massive part in sexual awakening.
“I got the girls to grasp their jewels because I was sending that love back to the erogenous zones.
