Montel Williams is receiving treatment at an inpatient clinic following a recent health scare.
The 61-year-old former talk show host was rushed to hospital a few weeks ago after he "over did it" at the gym but he's delighted to now be back on his feet, though he still has some way to go.
He wrote on Instagram: "I'm back. I have more rehab to do so I can get back in the gym, but I'm back."
Montel shared a video of a physical therapy session, which featured him doing some dance moves and playing catch with a doctor, and could be heard saying "we've been dancing up and down the hall every now and then."
He also thanked his fans for their kind messages of support following his hospitalisation. "Thank you all for the messages, the calls, the prayers. My family and I will never forget the outpouring of support. I am where I am because of each of you."
Montel was rushed to hospital late last month when, after doing dumbbell squats at a gym, he suddenly felt extremely ill and went back to his room.
When he got back, he realised he was in need of emergency medical help, and was taken to hospital so doctors could run tests.
His spokesperson said at the time: "Anyone who knows Montel knows that he is an exercise enthusiast.
"Yesterday, he overdid it, and has been admitted to the hospital out of an abundance of caution. He is doing well and anticipates being discharged soon."
Montel was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 1999, but it's unclear if the latest incident was related to the condition.
