Mark Wahlberg has managed to sell his mansion after five years of being on the market.
The actor has finally sold the Mediterranean-style Beverly Hills villa, which he listed for $12,995,000 million.
The lavish pad boasts its own outdoor pool and private gym.
It's not known whether the star's asking price was met, but Mark has significantly scaled back on the fee after originally requesting $15.9 million for the home.
The lavish 11,5000-square-foot villa boasts five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, its own private swimming pool, screening room, a guest house, a basketball court and a recording studio, according to RadarOnline.com.
Mark, who completely renovated the home after purchasing it for $5 million in 2001, even has his own private gym complete with a boxing ring. The 42-year-old star used his personal ring to train for his role as professional boxer Micky Ward in Oscar-nominated movie 'The Fighter'.
The actor has been eager to sell the home as he and wife Rhea Durham - who have four children, Ella, 10, Michael, seven, Brendan, five, and Grace, three - are building an even more extravagant 33,000-square-foot dream home in Beverly Park, a nearby gated community in the heart of Beverly Hills.
