The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star has recently lost four stone in weight with the help of her new fitness DVD 'OMG! Workout' and has admitted her confidence has excelled so much that she thoroughly enjoys trotting around in her birthday suit in front of her boyfriend Jake McLean.
Asked if her sex life has improved since dropping five dress sizes, she exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "It's not that my sex life has improved, it's still the same, but you feel sexier. I know I look good now and I really like my body. And I even like walking round the house naked now."
And, after three years of on/off dating, it seems Lauren and Jake's relationship is going from strength-to-strength as he's told her he's going to get a tattoo of her etched on him.
She explained: "He's already got loads of tattoos, he's got a sleeve, but he did say he is going to get one of me soon."
However, the brunette beauty, 29 - who got Jake's moniker carved onto her wrist last year - thinks Jake will opt for something more subtle - unlike her choice of inking - when he puts her permanent mark on his skin.
Asked if he'll get her face etched onto his flesh, she said: "His tattoo of me probably won't stand out like mine does."
