The former' The Only Way is Essex' star has recently shed an impressive four stone in weight with the help of her new fitness DVD 'OMG! Workout', but it's not just her dress size that's shrunk as her feet have also dropped two sizes.
She said: "Even my shoes don't fit. They're too big. I've gone down two sizes. They stretch don't they. I was a size 5 to 6, now I'd say I'm a size a 4 to 5. Who would have thought you could have fat feet. They used to get really swollen as well."
But one item of clothing Lauren won't be buying a smaller size in, following her weightloss, is bras as she underwent a boob job two years ago to take her from a D to an E cup.
Asked if she's considering having a reduction now she's got a smaller frame, she said: "My boobs are huge. The thing is, I do like them with my figure. But then I was looking and I thought if I have them taken out then I'd look smaller.
"My shoulders now are quite nice and I've got nice collarbones and I like it because I go in and out, so it is something I've thought about.
"But I've only just had them done so I don't think it'd be right to get them taken out two years later."
