The 'Magic Mike XXL' star, who got engaged to Colombian actress Sofia Vergara in December after seven months of dating, has reportedly listed his home in the Hollywood Hills, California for $1.99 million.
The 38-year-old actor only purchased the four-bedroom house in Nichols Canyon two years ago, but is hoping to make a $195,000 profit, according to the MailOnline.
The contemporary property, which is extremely private, features a U-shape design, a semi-open plan kitchen, beautifully landscaped grounds with a swimming pool, and a large romantic lounge with two fireplaces.
Joe moved into Sofia's seven-bedroom villa in Beverly Hills, which she purchased last year for $10.6 million, shortly before he surprised her by proposing while they were on holiday last Christmas.
But a source revealed in January that the couple were planning to buy a new house together ahead of their upcoming wedding.
The 'Modern Family' star recently revealed confirmed she and former 'True Blood' star Joe have set a date for their nuptials, but want to make sure their special day is perfect.
She said: "You know it takes time. It's gonna be something very important for me, so we're trying to do it right."
