Bill and Giuliana Rancic will use the surrogate who carried their son Duke, 21, and recently suffered a miscarriage when they try to have another child.
The couple were left heartbroken recently when it emerged a woman named Delphine - who carried their 21-month-old son Duke - had miscarried their baby at nine weeks pregnant, but they say she is "on board" to try again when the time is right.
Bill said: "We're fighters. Duke was a gift after [Giuliana had] a miscarriage [in 2010]. Delphine will be on board for one more try, so we're certainly optimistic about the future and hope that we're going to be able to give him a little brother or sister."
Giuliana, 39, knows she may never be able to carry a child herself after being treated for breast cancer in 2011 and says she and her 43-year-old spouse know they have just one attempt left to have a second child.
She told People magazine: "We have one embryo left. I'm on cancer medication for a few more years. I've had to come to terms with the fact that I may never carry a child. With that said, this next embryo, there's no guarantees. In that case, that's it."
Despite their heartbreak at Delphine's miscarriage, the reality TV stars did their best to be strong for their surrogate.
Giuliana said: "It was just heartbreaking. I just started sobbing uncontrollably. But I had to get myself together for her. She's really strong and amazing."
