Giuliana Rancic thinks it's "wonderful" that Kim Kardashian West has shared her fertility struggles.
The 'Fashion Police' star - who has publicly opened up about her own troubles with conceiving a child - is pleased the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star has spread awareness of the pregnancy problems plaguing women.
She told PEOPLE magazine: "She's shared her struggles, and it's just really really nice. I think that is wonderful, when celebrities, especially someone as big as Kim Kardashian, use that platform to help other women."
The 35-year-old television personality - who gave birth to her second child, Saint, on Saturday - had a really tough pregnancy both this time around and when she gave birth to daughter North two years ago.
Kim has suffered from placenta accreta, where the placenta does not detach from the womb after birth, and previously recalled how it affected her birth when she welcomed her first child.
She wrote on her official website: "We induced my labor and I had North soon after. Right after delivery, the placenta usually then comes out. Mine did not. My placenta stayed attached inside my uterus, which is a condition called placenta accreta ...
"My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails. How disgusting and painful!"
