The Wyoming winter storm has paused.

Weakened in it's pursuit,

it's fury momentarily subdued.

Desiring to overtake the land

to plummet it into darkest winter

blasting cold, hard snow.

Frost covers the ground.

I am sweetly lying in wait for you among the snow drifts.

I tightly gather my coat around my body,

cloaking my vulnerability against the delicate snow flakes

that fall unceasingly from the sky.

I am cold

I am hot,

languishing on the trail you left behind in the snow.

Yet my heart is warmed by the thought of you.

My breasts are aroused in my quest for you.

My pace quickens with my heart

as I follow in your footsteps in the snow.

The snow snaps and crackles under my feet

as your trail ices over with the morning chill.

I am shivering in anticipation.

Frost bitten with desire for you,

yet,

warm and toasty

inflamed with passion and desire

wanting you

needing you

missing you.

The snow has not hidden you from me.

I see your hurried silhouette just over the next hill.

The storm resumes it's fury.

Cold wintry winds blur my vision,

The sleet falls and stings my eyes

Yet,

I remember the power of your desire for me

and the scent of you.

I smell how good you taste.

How sweet you are.

How delicious you are.

I come to thaw you out

melting into you.

All over you.

Thawing you with my breath,

my kisses

and my love for you.

I shadow your footprints.

I am hot

hot on your trail.

The new fallen snow quickly fills your tracks

and the cold wind blows wickedly

hiding them from view.

Following your tracks in the snow.

I am vigilant and obsessed with my mission

to overtake you

and consume you with my love.

I remember the strength of your kisses

the softness of your caresses.

How you speak tenderly to me

and whisper hot, erotic words into my ears and my mouth.

How your lips stutter across my breasts

your chilled hands

pause briefly on my stomach

I quiver with anticipation

How your hands grab my hips

and draw me close to your mouth

How you overtake me.

I fall to my knees.

Weak

just thinking of you

I lay there trembling, lost in a snow bank

freezing.

You could chase my chills away

and make me forget the cold

but then embarrassed

I realize that I am just dreaming,

covered over by ice and snow.

Motivated by the cold

I race ahead.

Urged on by your promises that await me

I stumble blindly down the snowy, forbidding track.

I am frozen when I catch up to you,

as your stride is longer than mine.

You cover me with your warmest blankets

You shelter me from the cold arctic winds

I am snug and safe in your arms.

Flushed with passion for you

and glowing in satisfaction.

I have found you once again.

How can you be so elusive?

I distress that your heart is so cold,

so distant

so forbidding.

Yet,

when I find you

I know that your love is precious.

So, I am determined

and I will not be shaken

I am hot on your trail.

So, forgetting the cold

again

and again

I will pursue you

until I catch you

and take you

my snowy treasure

knowing full well that your love mine..
