Sanjay Dutt 'too Ill' To Appear In Court.... Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt failed to appear in an Indian court on Friday (18May07) to answer charges of weapons possession, after his lawyer claimed the actor was "too ill" to attend.Dutt, 47, has been convicted for the illegal possession of arms in relation to the 1993 serial bombings in Mumbai, and was due to be sentenced along with 100 other offenders involved in the blasts.Talking to press before the trial, Dutt's lawyer Farhana Shah said, "He is suffering from high fever and vomiting and we will be informing the court that he will be unable to appear before it on account of illness."He has been ordered to return to the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act (Tada) court in Mumbai on Monday (21May07).
