Kareena Kapoor has stressed her commitment to Satish Kaushik's Milenge Milenge despite rumours she was delaying the project, Digital Spy reports.
The actress and co-star Shahid Kapoor were alleged to have been stalling the film which they began in 2006 since the pair, who were dating, split up.
Kareena told The Times of India: "We're all professionals here. For me it doesn't matter who the leading man in Milenge Milenge is. For me what is important is that I made a commitment to two of my favourite people in the industry, producer Boney Kapoor and director Satish Kaushik, who’ve stood by me from the beginning of my career."
She added: "I know people have expectations from us individually and as a pair, and they won't be disappointed. It’s a very sweet film. And not dated at all though it got delayed."
Kareena will also be appearing on screen with her new boyfriend Saif Ali Khan after the couple signed up for the remake of 1977 film Agent Vinod.
