A new study has found half of Brits know less than five recipes off by heart.
Asian-inspired food chain itsu found two thirds of the nation wish they were more adventurous in the kitchen and following this response, the brand has created a series of new recipes to complement their frozen gyoza supermarket range.
The research revealed that one in every two millennials are skipping home-cooked meals, claiming they are short of free time.
But it seems celebrities also claim they are too busy to cook including Tyra Banks, Eva Mendes, Sofia Vergara, Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Lawrence and Kiera Knightly.
More than 60 per cent of Brits want to be able to replicate their favourite restaurant meals at home and more than half of them are not only keen on food that tastes good, but also looks good.
Itsu has now used this research to help craft their new gyoza recipes, centred around their range of frozen gyoza, so that the modern cook can enjoy food in 30 minutes.
