Whether you’ve had a devastating breast cancer diagnosis yourself, have a loved one facing this brutal disease, or simply want to treat yourself and fundraise at the same time, the breast cancer Care’s fashion show is the perfect occasion for you.
It’s a fantastic day of fashion, fine food and first-class entertainment. Previous performers and guests at this glamorous event include Geri Halliwell, Denise Lewis, Victoria Pendleton and Andrea McLean- so don’t forget to pack your dancing shoes!
Breast Cancer Care’s annual fashion show, in which all the models have had a diagnosis of breast cancer, will launch Breast Cancer Awareness Month on Wednesday 1st October.
The 24 models, including two men, will be styled by fashion correspondent, Hilary Alexander, alongside London Fashion Week coordinator, Lesley Goring. Last year the catwalk featured a fabulous range of designer clothing from fashion’s elite including Stella McCartney, Temperley London and Jenny Packham, as well as high street outfits.
Join Breast Cancer Care - the only UK-wide specialist support charity - to celebrate the models’ courage as together they take to the catwalk and show it’s possible to look and feel fabulous despite a breast cancer diagnosis.
The star studded event is taking place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and will raise vital funds to ensure Breast Cancer Care can offer support to the thousands of women waking up to the harsh reality of breast cancer every day.
