Why are brides finding it increasingly difficult to get a bra to go under their wedding dress?
I think it's disillusionment with strapless bras in general. Most brides look for strapless bras as they don't want to deal with straps showing, but a lot of the strapless options on the market are uncomfortable to wear or are too plain and simple, brides want something that is functional but also beautiful for their big day.
Please can you tell us a bit about the requests from brides to be that inspired the bra.
Almost every bride we fit asks us about underwear options. Most women requested something that would give them lift and support. Some wanted help in boosting their cup size and others just wanted something that was practical and comfortable to wear. So we hunted for a solution on behalf of our clients, but ended up creating one ourselves.
Why are brides-to-be opting for more backless, strapless options for their wedding dress?
I think increasingly, woman feel that they can do "sexy" as well "demure" and "elegant" on their wedding day, a backless dress ticks all those boxes. It is always classier to show back rather than cleavage.
Why is it important for a bride to feel secure in her underwear on her wedding day?
A bride has a million things on her mind on her wedding day and her underwear should not be one of them. You want to be able to relax and wear your wedding dress with confidence, the more comfortable you are; the more it will show in your wedding pictures as well!
What style dresses can InvisiBra be worn under? Is it suitable for bigger breasted brides?
You can wear InvisiBra under any dress! It gives great lift and shape, so it is not confined to low back or strapless dresses. InvisiBras only go up to a size D, bigger busted ladies need straps for adequate support.
