Cuoco and Sweeting got engaged in September 2013 after three months of being together.

They married on 31st December 2013 in Santa Susana, California. Cuoco took Sweeting's name and became Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting.
It was announced on 25th September 2015 that the pair had mutually decided to divorce. And it was finalised by May 2016.
Two months after the couple filed for divorce, Cuoco covered up the tattoo of her wedding date and posted it on Instagram, saying she was 'righting a wrong'.
Nest to the photo on Instagram of her leaning forward as a tattoo artist worked his magic on her back, Kaley wrote: "Thank you @nero_sct @studiocitytattoo for helping me right my wrongs...

When she appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show she said; " Last year was very bizarre. We all go through really weird ups and downs. And sometimes I'm a little bit more seen. And everyone goes through that stuff, so I already feel like 2016 is going to be a much better year than 2015. And you know, it's been rough, but things are going good."
"I'm much, much better now," she adds. "I'm in a much better place than I was."
