The Fisherman’s Retreat is now fully licensed to hold civil wedding ceremonies for up to 150 guests in the purpose-built extension.
The stunning view of the hills in the Valley Suite, through the beautiful feature glass wall means your guests will not only see you both looking as handsome as you will, but upon the perfect backdrop, whether sun or snow.
There’s also the option for the more intimate Nuttall Room, which is completed with a wood-burning stove, creating a warming home-like feel to your wedding.
The Fisherman’s Retreat wedding co-ordinator is on-hand to help as much or as little as you would like and share and talk through ideas you might have for your special day.
The Valley Suite caters for up to 120 guests for a wedding breakfast, but the special touch has to be The Loft, a private room, just off the suite, which is perfect for the bride to use on her day as a dressing room or a wedding breakfast for two.
Let’s of course not forget the evening reception, which can be moved downstairs to the Ratcliffe Suite. This opens out onto a
spacious terrace, this fully-equipped suite with its own bar. Here you can fit up to 160 evening guests.
