Baio and stunt woman and swimsuit model, Renee Sloan were a long term couple before getting hitched on the 8th December 2005. They first met at the Playboy Mansion back in the 90s.

Two years later, in July 2007, he announced on E! Entertainment Television's Ted Casablanca that he and Renee were expecting a girl in December.
She was initially due to have twins, however she lost one of the babies at 11 weeks. Their daughter, Bailey was born on 2nd November 2007, five weeks early, weighting just 5 pounds, 5 ounces.
When Baio was asked about marriage, he said;
My parents were married 53 years, good and bad. Can I do that? Probably not. But I really hope I can. Every day I think, 'Can I commit?' I think I can and that I will. (IMDB)
