Kirk is Fisher's (The Office) second husband- she was previously married to writer/director James Gunn.

Fischer and Kirk got engaged on 30th June 2009, after dating for 2 years. They later married on 3rd July 2010 in a summer wedding in Los Angeles, just like they reportedly planned upon their engagement.

They now have two children together, a son, Weston, born in 2011 and a daughter, Harper, born in 2014.

The couple bought a luxury home worth 1.9 million in Los Angeles that was previously owned by baseball player and coach Casey Stengel.
